Management Team

Susan Hardy
Vice President of Client Operations

Susan Hardy is responsible for Client Operations and Support services at Instill and has 20 years experience in the foodservice industry designing, implementing and managing foodservice information solutions. Hardy joined Instill from Sodexho Marriott Services where she spearheaded the development and implementation of information management tools to support all foodservice-related procurement activities for this $4.9 billion company. Prior to that, Hardy spent 15 years at ARAMARK, and was primarily responsible for financial analysis and information management for the Marketing Services Group, including the development of purchase tracking, contract management and forecasting tools. Hardy holds an MBA in Finance from St Joseph's University and a BA in Economics from Bryn Mawr College.
