Al Rubio
Vice President of Operations

Al Rubio leads the operations department and brings over 20 years of experience to Instill. He is responsible for managing the data plant that processes transactions for billions in food spend yearly. Before joining the company in 1999, he held senior management positions at Business Objects and Cadence Design Systems where he received recognition for the implementation of the financial system and overall quality performance for the IT department. His accomplishments include developing new processes to improve efficiency and growth. Rubio holds certifications in DEC System Architecture and Total Quality Management.
