Michael Peckham
Chief Financial Officer

Michael Peckham is responsible for administration, investor relations, and finance at Instill Corporation. He joins Instill with over 25 years of experience in finance at private and public, high technology companies. Prior to Instill, he maintained his position as CFO at NetManage after managing the acquisition of his previous company, SIMWARE, Inc. Some of his accomplishments include coordinating an IPO of $27 million, managing multiple acquisition integrations, and preparing for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Peckham holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa in Ontario, Canada.
