Management Team

Shermann Min
Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations

Shermann Min oversees the company's Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology, and Operations organizations. He has fifteen years of experience in technology and engineering and holds four patents in search and data processing techniques. Before joining Instill in 2000, he led product design and development activities at Vital Insite, Inc. Prior to that, he founded the Advanced Sensor Development Lab at Sandia National Laboratories where he developed a technique using lasers to generate ultrasound for materials characterization. In the early 1990's, his work was integrated into the payload crew training program for two NASA space shuttle missions. Min holds a BS and MS in Engineering from Yale University.
