William Yaglou
Senior Vice President of Client Development

Bill Yaglou is the Senior Vice President of Client Development. Yaglou joined Instill in 2000 with over 21 years of operational experience in the foodservice industry. Prior to Instill, Yaglou held positions as Vice President of Marketing, R & D, Culinary Systems/Services and Design & Development at Sodexho Marriott Services. Additionally, he spent 15 years with Marriott Corporation in several senior operational roles where he was responsible for process improvement in operational costs that included labor, productivity, food cost reduction, customer profiling, and future trend analysis/forecasting. Yaglou operates out of the northern Virginia office. He holds an MS in counseling from Suny Plattsburg and an MBA from Frostburg State University.
