Instill offers a generous benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Group Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Employee Assistance Program, Long Term Care, Flexible Spending Accounts for Health Care & Dependent Care and a 401(k) Plan.

Comprehensive Health Care
Instill's Health Care Plan consists of medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage and is available to all employees and their dependent(s) (dependents can include a Domestic Partner). Instill Corporation contributes up to 95% of the premium cost for employee health care benefits, and 35% of the premium cost for dependent(s). Employees and their dependent(s) are eligible to participate in our Health Care Plan effective the first day of the month following their start date. Open enrollment for Instill's Health Care Plan is January 1st of every year.

Medical Care
In the state of California, employees may choose from 3 different medical plan options: Blue Shield Access + HMO Plan and Blue Shield PPO Plan (and a Kaiser HMO Plan. Field employees located outside of California are eligible to participate in a Blue Shield PPO Plan.

Dental Care
Dental coverage is provided by Delta Dental. The Delta DPO (Dental Preferred Option Plan) includes coverage for orthodontic treatment for adults and children.

401(k) Tax Deferred Savings Plan
Contribute up to the IRS limit on a pre-tax basis to our tax deferred 401(k) Savings and Profit Sharing Plan and/or make post tax contributions to the Roth 401(k). Choose from a variety of investment options offered through Pension Specialists. New employees are eligible on the first day of the month following their start date. Rollovers, from other qualified plans are accepted at any time and loans are available

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
You can receive three counseling sessions per calendar year for personal or work-related issues for each family member, paid for by Instill. Included are brief counseling sessions for: parenting, eldercare, and financial, legal and career management services. Free referral services are also offered under this benefit.

OTHER BENEFITS

Employee Referral Program
Employees are rewarded a bonus of $1,500 for referring candidates to Instill Corporation who are hired and remain employed for a minimum of 90 days. Employee referral bonuses are subject to guidelines stipulated by company policy and applicable withholding taxes.

Express Dry Cleaning and Laundry Delivery
For your convenience, Boomerang offers a Laundry and Dry Cleaning Delivery Service that picks up and delivers to Instill's corporate headquarters in Redwood City.
