Ameri-Source Selects Instill to Reduce Food Costs, Improve Contract Compliance, and Offer GPO Member Clients Robust Purchase Management, Rebate Tracking, and Reporting

SAN MATEO, CA (May 7, 2008) -- Instill® Corporation (“Instill”), a leading provider of spend intelligence services and solutions for the foodservice industry, today announced that Ameri-Source, LLC, a Group Purchasing Management Organization (GPO) selected Instill to provide a comprehensive Spend Intelligence solution to manage their food spend, drive compliance, and offer their client base of corporate-owned businesses, franchisees, and affiliate members a turn-key solution to control costs through purchase management, contract compliance and rebate tracking.
